GIUSEPPE DESIRO’ SRL projects and produces automatic assembly machines for aluminium caps type Pilfer-Proof and similar, for plastic components, for combined seals destined to the foodstuffs, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical and consumer sectors, always introducing new improvements to its already tested series of automatic machines. In Interpack’17 Desirò will show a new generation of assembly machine type GD11Y for cap folding, slitting and wadding.
This simple and compact machine is the entry level version of a wide range of machines dedicated at this kind of operations. There are indexing machines at single, double or multi heads or continuous motion machines for a very high speed. Liner can also be managed as pre-cut liner or punched from a tape as Customer requirements. The last news in this machine typology is the possibility to assemble liners with aluminium foil in one side using the same feeding line for every kind of liner. Fully run by PLC, Desirò machines are equipped with a user-friendly interface, that guides the operator during normal use and in the event of a problem, assists in its solution. By touch screen, it is possible to check and change the machine control parameters with several password levels to ensure accurate management of equipment production.
The final production control phase provides a series of options, including camera system, rejects management and random automated statistic sampling. The finished product is programmed for automated several containers filling with options that provide for either multiple outputs or boxed handling with revolving plates or conveyer belts.
