Mondo & Scaglione presents the carton moulding machine mod. 378/C, a machine that can reach a speed of 42 cartons/minute.
Carton forming machine mod 378/c features
The main features are:
- the "long autonomy carton magazine" that can be extended according to the customer's storage and supply needs
- the cardboard "controlled fall accompaniment" system from the machine to the exit evacuation conveyor in order to allow controlled and smooth unloading even at high speeds
- the machine base made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The machine is also equipped with pneumo-mechanical carton "squaring" systems in order to recover any manufacturing defects that would make the carton, once formed, an imperfect parallelepiped with oblique and not perpendicular sides.
Another very interestingfeature is the possibility of applying the "reverse" system that allows the cartons to be opened from right to left or vice versa by choosing the opening direction from the display, an obvious advantage for all co-packer companies that receive cartons printed and folded in opposite ways from different customers or companies that have multiple suppliers of alternating printed cartons.
The machine comes standard with a SIEMENS PLC and colour touch-screen display and a MELER brand hot-melt glue unit for bottom closure.
