The ARIETE capping machine by Enolmeccanica Vallebelbo has been designed and built using the most modern CAD-CAM systems and numerically control machines, thinking of the real needs of those who use it: simplicity of operation, maintenance in addition to the use of quality materials to prevent the alteration of the product.
The caps loaded inside the beam are "gently" distributed (avoiding the formation of dust) to the feed cones of each individual head.
Subsequently introduced into the compression group, they are sideways closed and quickly planted avoiding changing the natural elasticity of the cork. Particular care has been taken to the compression group where 4 hardened and rectified dowels, built of special stainless steel, are easily disassembled by quick extraction, allowing complete cleaning.
Height adjustment, as well as format change, have been designed to minimize downtime. Safety devices immediately stop the machine, avoiding the breakage of bottles and any malfunctions.
