Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK) announces that its Board of Directors has elected as Chairman from January 1, 2018, Blake D. Moret, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Moret, 54, succeeds Keith D. Nosbusch who, having served as president since 2005, will continue to serve as Director. The company will continue to have an independent coordinator.

Moret started his career in 1985 as an apprentice for sales and subsequently held high-level positions throughout the organization, including international assignments in Europe and Canada. In 2011, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Control Products & Solutions, one of the two business segments of the company, and in July 2016 he became CEO and chairman.
Moret holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He holds a position within the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the National Association of Manufacturers' (NAM) and the boards of other industrial and civil organizations as well as being a member of the Business Roundtable.
