The DODGE QUANTIS family of products offers a complete line of reducers and gear motors for a wide range of applications. Available in three configurations (coaxial, parallel axis and orthogonal axis), these products are characterized by higher torque densities in a compact housing and higher power. The QUANTIS gearbox with orthogonal axes is also available in a completely stainless steel version specifically designed for the food and beverage industry. Thanks to the upgrading of this line of products, you can now have a 20x faster output range than in the past.
The complete line of QUANTIS products is made up of modular reducers, which today also include four-and-five-stage models for all three types: coaxial (ILH), parallel axis commutators (MSM) and conical orthogonal axes (RHB).
QUANTIS gearboxes and gearmotors can be configured for ratios greater than 7500: 1 and an output torque up to 14,000 Nm.
QUANTIS gearboxes boast up to 98% reduction in mechanical efficiency and are available in integrated versions or IEC IE3 or NEMA Premium Efficient engines to ensure optimum energy efficiency.
Thanks to the new advanced design, users will have a wide range of options available to configure the product line with the most disparate applications.
The QUANTIS gearmotors are manufactured to ensure maximum reliability over time and consist of helical gears and conical torque, which are not subject to wear and have elliptical teeth.
Standard units feature Gray cast iron gearbox class 30. Ultra Kleen stainless steel units and corrosion resistant E-Z Kleen washdown versions are available for applications in the food and beverage industry.
These versions are also equipped with series of seals dedicated to Harsh Duty Sealing environments.
Incoming engine bell torch versions are available with clamping ring or integrated elastic joint for easy installation and removal of the engine. For commodity applications, ERHB and MSM models feature the patented double conical bushing system that allows the gearbox to be mounted and dismantled easily from the machine shaft without causing any damage.
