FBM has successfully participated in PACK EXPO in Las Vegas, where, in addition to the well-known LED tempered temperaments, has presented the ONE SHOT DUPLICA, a small tempering carriage with a trolley that allows, with its double header and dosing plate, to produce any stuffed chocolate.
The machine is designed to meet the needs of those laboratories that want to automate a type of machining that normally takes a long time.
Its small size, ease of use, coupled with sophisticated electronic touchscreen management, exclusively designed by FBM, allows anyone to produce stuffed pralines in a short time.
By charging the polycarbonate molds on the transport table, the machine will try to simultaneously measure temperate chocolate and stuffed on rows of products with variable number of floats depending on requirements (mold size mm 275x175)
