ISPI Conference and Drink Technology India are taking place at the same time.
From 26th to 28th of October 2017, the Expo Center Pragati Maidan exhibition program in New Delhi foresaw the debut of the Trio Fair of Pac Process India, Indiapack and Food Pex India. The trade association, which belongs to the interpack alliance, is the result of a cooperation between Messe Düsseldorf and the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP). At the same time, the ISPI International Summit for Packaging Industry Conference will be organized and organized by IIP, as well as the drink technology India of Munich Munich (Munich Fair).
Over 200 companies have already signed up for these specialized fairs and will be exhibiting on an exhibition area of around 11,000 square meters, manufacturing solutions for packaging machinery and process technologies for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, automation technology and components as well as auxiliary packaging materials and recycling and environmental technologies (pacprocess India); also packaging material and auxiliary materials as well as machinery and technologies for the production of packaging materials and auxiliary materials (indiapack). The Trio Fair of the Interpack Alliance is complemented by process technologies and equipment for the production of foodstuffs as well as confectionery and bakery products (food pex India). The fair-drink technology organized by Messe München focuses on the beverage and beverage industry. Germany, China and Taiwan officially take part in national participations.
The already-established ISPI - International Summit for Packaging Industry, organized by the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), which will be held at the same time as other fairs, will be under the slogan 'Packaging - the Growth Driver' this year. This topic was chosen because of the importance of packaging industry in India's economic growth. The development of the process chain from packaging raw materials to consumer packaging is now an indicator parameter and a stimulus for a dynamic economy. The strong points of the Summit that focus on the Indian market, which are very promising, are among other things the technical issues for the packaging of foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and health products.
Attention is also focused on topics such as sustainable packaging and Zero-Waste approaches as well as packaging design and printing.
The trio of Pac Process India, Indiapack and Food Pex India will take place every year. Next year, Mumbai will be the venue for the event. According to the newly-entered cooperation, with the interpack alliance of the Italian Construction Equipment Association UCIMA, from 2018, the trio will be supported, in the marketing of fairs in India, through a recruiting of visitors and also by the organization of an Italian collective stand . Next year the drink technology India of Messe München (Munich Fair) will be held in parallel.
