In addition its consolidated offer of lobe pumps, in which it is market leader, Omac also proposes a range of peristaltic pumps that can meet a variety of dosage or process requirements, in full respect of hygienic and physical/chimica properties of the product treated.
The range consists of 16 models (with flow rates from 80 ml/h to 23 m3/h and operating pressures up to 15 bar), which share certain structural characteristics that make them efficient, compact, easy to use: tranfer free from bacterial contamination, easy to clean, delicate transfer of heterogeneous, sensitive or abrasive products, high suction capacity in depth (up to 8 m), dry running ability, perfect dosage.
Omac’s peristaltic pumps require only simple and inexpensive maintenance. The replacement of the tube, the heart of the peristaltic pump and the only element subjet to wear, takes just a few minutes.
Depending on use requirements, tubes made of different eleastomers are avaible: NR, NR-A (with FDA certified compound of the inner layer), NBR, NBR-A, EPDM, thermoplastic materials (Pharmed, Norprene, Santoprene, Tygon).
They can come with a wide range of attachment and accompanied by pulsation damper phasers, pipe breakage warning device and feeding hopper.
Mounted on fixed or wheeled base, they can be supplied with fixed speed motor with integrated frequency inverter or with a mechanical variator.
