Meat-Tech 2018 and The Innovation Alliance presented in Moscow



At Agroprodmash, the Russian exhibition of technologies for the food processing industry, a conference washeldto present “The Innovation Alliance”. More than 30 Russian journalist stook part in the event and showed greatinterest in the new features presented.

First to speakwas the director of the ItalianTrade Agency ITA’s Moscow branch Pier Paolo Celeste, who noted that Russian companies have long been interested in cutting-edge Italian technologies.

 

Next, Riccardo Cavanna, Chairman of Ipack Ima srl, presented the new editions of MEAT-TECH and IPACK-IMA as part of the project entitled “The Innovation Alliance”. The new event, he explained, will host a range of different production sectors united by a strong supplì chain vision: from processing to packaging, from plastics processing and industrial and commercial printing to customised graphic design of packaging and labels, as well ashandling and storage of consumer-ready goods.

 

The new-format exhibition, to be held from 29 May to 1 June 2018 at the Fiera Milano exhibition centre, will combine the five showcases of Italian excellence – Plast, Ipack-Ima, Meat-Tech, Print4All and Intralogistica Italia – at a single event hosting world leaders in the production of machinery and technology for the manufacturing industry.

 

“The Innovation Alliance aims to raise awareness of this enormous wealth of knowledge and innovation, given that Italian machinery production industry alone forms a segment worth € 23.1 billion” commented Cavanna.

 

Given the strategic importance of the Russian market, the promotional efforts for IPACK-IMA and MEAT-TECH have targeted the many potential exhibitors and visitors at Agroprodmash with the aim of boosting participationat the Italian show. These effort shave involved the support of National institutions suchas the Italian Trade Agency ITA.
