A new cooperation agreement en trusts international firm Robopac with Sacmi Packaging's end-of-line automation and logistics operations. Sacmi has decided to streng then its technological position in the end-of-line field by selecting Robopac as its partner in a cooperation agreement that concerns Sacmi Packaging solutions for several industries. More specifically, it refers to end-of-line automation for the Tissue, Food, Beverage, Home and Personal Care sectors.
Robopac is the world leader in stretch film winding technology. It produces over 7,000 machines a year, 70% of which are exported to the main International markets. Hence Sacmi's decision to enterin to this agreement, whichaims to streng then its market penetration capacity by partnering up with a firm that operates right on the cutting edge of technological development and leads the way in end-of-line automation and logistics. This will also allow Sacmi to focus its resources oncore sectors/operations, especially in the Beverage business.

The new solutions thats tem from the agreementwillalso benefit from Robopac's technological-manufacturing hub in Castel San Pietro (Bologna), located right at the heart of Italy's 'Packaging Valley': the hub also includes the TechLabre search facility, dedicated to continuous innovation in the packaging, palletized load stabilisation and custode consultancy fields.
