CAMA GROUP will exhibit on stand the innovative IF318 Fully Robotized Monoblock Loading Unit, a “pitch-less” integrated platform for forming/loading/closing of food and non-food products into paperboard or corrugated cartons or cases.
Working with a given productin feed capacity, you are free to change the number, and so the pitch, of boxes hand ledateach of the 3 robotic stations, eachone de-coupled from the other ones, thanks to the independent electronic movers. Moreover, the innovative variable box handling device allows automatic changeover for all requie carton/case sizealong the track, not with standing their shape and size, there by eliminating any manual intervention during size change for this area of the machine.

FW series – Shelf ready packaging solutions
The FW748 has been developed combining the features of a wrap-around case packer, capable of running up to 30 cases/minute, with a display box machine able to produce two-piece packages (tray and lid of various types and configurations), at a speed of up to 20-25 cases/minute.

The most impressive features on this flexible, out standing small footprint packaging system are the followingones: integrated box forming; loading and closingall in one frame; no hollow body structure; softouch buttons; off-the-shelvesel ectronics; PLC less technology end external cabinet free (integratedin the machine frame).
