PARMA FOOD: specialized in the engineering and manufacturing of machines and complete lines for processing tomatoes, vegetables in general, fruits (also tropical), NEWPACK: active in the food packaging industry with decades of experience in machinery for packaging in Form-Fill-Seal. BREWTECH: supplies brewing and filtration equipment, packaging lines, raw materials and spareparts.
NEW ASEPTIC FILLING
- Suitable for fruit and vegetable purees (concentrated or natural) and clear juices
- Production capacities up to 12,000 Kg/h for the twin-head version
- Possibility to fill aseptic and non-asepticbags up to 200 l in both single and palletized drums
- New head handling system whic hallows a linear movement with no mechanical components in the area over the heads (patent pending)
- Engineered to minimize and accelerate both the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations
- Some groups will be provided with a quick disassembly for easy maintenance and/or replacement on the working table; even the aseptic heads can be disassembled, separate from the structure and quickly re-assembled on the working table to allow an easier extraordinary maintenance, or the immediat ere placement with another head or the shipment to the machine’s manufacturer, thusavoiding expensive local interventions
- The filling can be carried out alternatively through a magnetic flow meter (volumetricfilling) or a mass flow meter or a loadcells flow meter (weight filling)
