FIRETUBE STEAM BOILER
The CS FTB steam generator is three effectives moke turns, passing flame and wet bottom horizontal semi-fixed type.
Itis characterised by heat rimmed tube sheet stowards the furnace and also the inversion chamber, in order to exclude the typical mechanical tensions of other constructive forms and absorb the several mechanical dilatations to the various temperatures of exercise. The great quantity of water allows the satisfaction of instantaneousin creases of steam requests without influencing the correct and continuous functioning of users, the wide evaporating mirror avoids the drag of water drops also to wards sudden steam takings.
In practice, the steam producedis “dry” and allows a considerable Energy savin greducing the returns in the boiler through the steam unloader present in the installation. The furnace, great in diameter and volume, is designed in order to have a low thermal charge: the polluting substances, contained in rivers, are reduced to the minimum, warranting an optimal functioning both with liquid and with gaseo us combustibles.
The functioning of the generator is completely automatic and the cleaning and maintenance operations of the internal parts of the generator are made easier thanks to the use of double joint hinged front doors, which can be opened without the removal of the burner and back doors blocked by brass bolts. The insulating,shell is formed by high-density huge thick ness mineral wool air beds with external finish in stainless-steel polished until it shines. Itis a high-performance monoblockunit with original tecnica solutions, designed and realized to give the maximum warrantee of reliability, duration and management, ensuring the maximum economy of use with 90% efficiency at high and low thermal charges.
