The food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries are very different environments from the rest of the industrial world. Although the configuration of production facilities might seem similar, they are subject to a number of regulatory requirements and guidelines that are decidedly more stringent than those of other sectors.
EXOR has adapted its highly successful eTOP507 product to meet these needs. By modifying the panels to adapt them to different sectors of use, EXOR guarantees compliance with the CEI EN 60529 guidelines, with particular attention to the elimination of accumulations of food, grease and dust particles of the products.
The stainless steel front panels have a very shiny surface, which prevents particles from settling. The frame has an optimal contact angle to the surface of the machine both to allow detergents to remove bacteria or microbes and to prevent them from becoming trapped.
