The current legislative apparatus does not present a regulation that regulates the construction parameters, the choice and the application of the safety devices for the industry. This is why STOMMPY Srl, the company that manufactures and manufactures innovative and designed bumper safety devices based in the province of Reggio Emilia, has decided to create a useful tool for all operators in the industry.
This is a Guideline created by the R & D department of STOMMPY Srl, as the result of the knowledge gained by the Company in over 17 years of continuous research and development for the concept design, production and application of products in numerous product sectors.
The aim is that this document will accompany the user step by step in applying the most correct procedure for the analysis of intrinsic risks in the area concerned. Based on scientific, objective and universal criteria, applicable in any context, the user calculates how accidents can be eliminated, or at least reasonably contained, thanks to the introduction of the correct bumper safety device.
Another benefit offered by the Guideline is the unambiguous categorization of the devices, subdivided by class of resistance, class of work space and class of traumatological index for the operator.
Marco Chiarini, the General Manager of STOMMPY Srl, declares: "We are very satisfied with the result achieved: with this Guideline we provide all interested parties with a system able to meet a lack of Italian and European legislation. For the near future we have the ambition to submit our study to UNI and thus obtain an official validation of the Guideline. "

Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP)
This is why STOMMPY Srl proposes the PMP - Preventive Maintenance Program - a total guarantee for the Customer and supplied exclusively by the Authorized Installation Centers (AIC) of the official STOMMPY® network.
The PMP program consists of 3 phases:
1 - regular inspection of the product and scheduling of maintenance operations,
2 - ordinary maintenance and sanitation,
3 - extraordinary maintenance on request and in case of extraordinary events and / or accidents.
Able to preserve the functionality of the safety bumper devices, but also to return an economic return and a very high return on investment, the Warranty can be extended to a period of 10 years, a significant period for a healthy and safe company.
