Innovation leads the way

Della Toffola has selected and developed a highly innovative cross-flow filtration system based on the use of ceramic membranes for applications in the food-processing, industrial, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors with automatic production cycles and low environment impact.
These membranes can filter any type of product with even high degrees of suspended solids and ensure better clarity, the maximun recovery of product (especially high value products), and keep processing losses to a minimun. They also permit the processing of products containing filtration aids, such as bentonite.

Process water

Though it is often considered inexhaustable and taken for granted, water is an indispensable primary resource. Relying of 50 years of experience it has gained in the production and application of technologies in winemaking and the food and beverage industries, the Della Toffola Group is also able to meet the need to prepare water for human consumption, for its bottling and for the production of soft drinks.

Modern industries need to use water in its production processes, and very often this water needs to have certain “quality” features. The Della Toffola Group has technologies and know-how to deal with various needs in the different applications of water in industrial production cycles, including filtering, ultrafiltering, softening, demineralizing and reverse osmosis.
