ENA – Short-cut Pasta Line Double Dry

Main characteristics:

• Aluminum belts short-cut pasta line with production capacity from 500 kg/h to 6000 kg/h.
• Press with vacuum mixing tank and high efficiency compression screws. 
• Each machine is fitted with adjustable feet leveling the pasta line to any kind of floor
• Stainless steel frames granting stability and longer lifetime to the whole installation.
• High efficiency heating batteries with flanged connections.
• High density fiberglass panels, internally lined with stainless steel sheet and silicone rubber gaskets.
• Hydraulic plants complete with 3-ways pneumatic valves, pump, by-pass, control valve, gauges and thermometers.
• Air exchange system realized with stainless steel channels and butterflies fitted with air suction and air input electro-fans with pre-heating batteries.
• High efficiency axial fans with electric motor suitable for High Temperature
• Shaker fitted with a new motion device (patented) realized with independent vibrating motors, controlled by inverter to optimize the dwell time for each pasta shape.
• The shaker pasta trays are manufactured in aluminum alloy profile and stainless steel net. 
• Stainless steel pre-drying/drying separation sheet.
• New heated loading device fitted with vibrating-mass distribution.
• Aluminum profiled slotted belts to make ventilation easier.
• Belt cooling carried out by an external cooling unit.
• Ladders and handrails manufactured as per International safety rules.
• Electric control panel, automation by plc and supervision software through personal computer.
• Remote assistance via Internet.

Design and supply of tailor made complete dry pasta lines
