PFM is an industrial group consisting of 12 companies specialized in the flexible packaging sectors: from the handling of incoming products from process lines, to dosage and weighing, through to horizontal and vertical packaging.
The PFM group design and manufacture machines, complete lines, multi-head weighing machines and dosage systems dedicated to the packaging of foodstuff, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.The innovations that PFM has continued to offer the market during these years, are the results of its investments in Research and Development, attained by the daily efforts of numerous technicians and designers, all driven by their enthusiasm for sharing experience and knowledge.

Our Technical Dept. is staffed by highly specialized engineers and designers whose reputation for innovation, customization skills and machine performance is acknowledged as being amongst the best in the world.
PFM’S Area Managers’ staff manage and co-ordinate an active sales force in 75 countries of the world while the Customer Service department not only supplies spare parts but is able to undertake elements of technical service remotely using innovative systems such as the internet-based Teleservice.
PFM D-Series
With the PFM D-Series a new concept of Stand-Up Pouch Machine has been born, with the most innovative operating and manufacturing standards known to the sector, unique to PFM.
It is a single machine with modular functions! D-SERIES consists of 2 different modules that can be set independently. MODULE A forms the pouch up to the cutting stage, or in other words until the two pouches are separated. MODULE B takes the pouch without ever releasing it until the packaging process is completed.
In MODULE B the pouch is opened, checked, filled, washed with gas if necessary, sealed and finally cooled down. The machine can be fitted with the following additional modules: Metal detector, X-Ray Module, Secondary Packaging.
