In 1983, the Alimec project began taking shape, following a path that started out in a small workshop which saw the birth of the first machines for the Italian market. Alimec has a consolidated experience in design and production of complete systems for the metering and topping/filling of food products. For over ten years the company has concentrated its technology in two sectors: pizza and confectionery.
Over time, customer requests increased, as did the problems to be solved: increasing hourly production capacities, reducing waste, speeding up product changes, injecting particular fillings, distributing toppings perfectly.
With the active participation of a highly-efficient and dynamic staff, always ready to accept new challenges, driven by strong and intuitive leadership, Alimec began climbing international markets, addressing both mid-sized companies and large groups.
During the 2016 there has been another evolution: the historical Alimec site, left its place to Pramecc, a new owned company, specialized in mechanical processing.
TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION
Cake Lines
Automatic and semi-automatic production lines for cakes, muffins with paper cups in different shapes and sizes or in greased moulded baking pans.
Fully automated production line, tailor-made for the production of cakes/muffins with or without paper cups, for a medium-high production capacity. This line is able to produce different types of products, optimizing spaces, baking and cooling times.
Pizza Line
Fully automatic line for pizza toppings with high-precision target or waterfall system.
Filled Products
Filling lines for a wide range of peroducts, both powered and leavened, with single or double-colours or co-injection, which is two fillings, one inside the other.
A line suitable for the injection of poured or leavened products directly onto a conveyor belt. Volumetric injection unit driven by servomotors for a wide range of fillings and high accuracy. Maximum handling and placement precision of products during the injection phase. PLC and display (HMI) for production line control, data and recipestorage. This production line can be manufactured according to customer requirements.
Cookies Line
Automatic lines for the production of different kinds of cookies, filles, wire-cut, double-colour and witgh uinclusions in the batter. Managed entirely by brushless motors. The utmost precision in dosing and filling. Recipes can be stored.
Tart Line
Automatic or semi-automatic lines for the production of tarts of different sizes, with filling and decorated with a lattice top.
