CAPPTRONIC SYSTEM: product description

 

CAPPTRONIC SYSTEM is built on state-of-the-art technology for producing sandwich, filled and spotdeposited biscuits directly in line with the baking oven. Eliminating the need for complex and costly stacking equipment, the Capptronic technology combines yhe highest performance and accuracy, with user-friendly operation and flexibility.

 

Capptronic System GEA
The Capptronic technology answers industry’s need for a complete sandwich biscuit nroduction system that cab be integrated after a GEA biscuits production line. The unit comprises a conveyor that aligns bicuits coming from the tunnel oven, and a conveyor on which the processes of overturning, depositing and capping the rows of biscuit are carried out. Capping is carried out by Venturi effect suction cups.


Designed to allow the adjustment of all working parameters without needing to stop production, the Capptronic is fully electronic with brushless motors on all control devices, and features quick couplings to enable easy changeover for different products. The depositing assembly incorporates a manifold depositor that can be heated to deposit creams at controlled temperature, with self cleaning after each cycle.


All parts that are in contact with product are also easily removable for cleaning, while the main conveyor features a continuous washing system and can also. be fully jet washed
