Bottling solutions for craft beer by Gruppo Bertolaso

Gruppo Bertolaso has developed dedicated solutions for filling beer. In fact, although it is a carbonated product, beer requires specific filling methods.

Their solutions offer the advantage of the self-levelling and the calibrated snifting, that in addition to the double pre-evacuation and combined with the jetting ensures a high quality level of the finished product.

Automatic machines are designed for easy air blowing, counter-pressure filling and capping of glass bottles with quality craft beer!
The monoblocks are coming in two versions either mechanical as model DOMINA or electropneumatical as model ELETTRA.

An air blower or rinser, a rotary filler, and a capper (crown cork) or corker compose the monoblock structure. The machine can be fully customized in configuration (type of modules included) and size (number of filling valves).

Bottle inner cleaning is performed by either air blowing or filtered water rinsing. The filler embeds double pre-evacuation, self-levelling and gentle snifting for fast foam-free filling while preserving product integrity. Capping is completed by a crown corker or a corker with wire-hooder (or both).
Other capper types are available upon request (twist-off, ring crown, etc.)

Production speed: 1500-30000 bph

The machines are offered with electro-pneumatic or mechanical technology. The first ensures accurate machine setting, easier size changeover, higher operational flexibility and performance. The latter assures solid performance in a cost effective solution.
