SL – Smart & Lean is the innovative modular automatic labeling machine that allows absolute flexibility in combining different labeling technologies: pre-cut with hot glue, cold glue, adhesive labels, hybrid solutions.
SL is an ergonomic solution strongly focused on energy saving and developed with modular stations:starting from a central body it is possible to insert any type of independent labeling module, on a fixed station or on a trolley. This labeler is ideal for medium to high speeds, with a range from 2000 to over 62,000 bph. The labeling machine also features special solutions such as PE Vision, the innovative label centering system. PE Vision is positioned at the entrance of the carousel to orient the containers, so as to place the label at a certain point. This solution is ideal for locating the logo or embossing of plastic and glass containers.
The key point remains the modularity to the main driver is always the production requisition to be satisfied, the speeds to be obtained, the types of labels with which to dress – and enhance – the different productsand containers for materials, characteristics and sizes.
