The novelties include a carton closing machine with integrated weight system, capable of guaranteeing automatic quality control, and a multifunctional palletising robot that handles cartons, empty pallets and interlayers with a single robotic head.

Carton Closing Machine with Integrated Weighing System

This machine is designed for top closing of cartons using hot-melt glue. The push bar conveyor system, moved by parallel chains, keeps the cartons perfectly squared during the entire process.

Pneumatic clamping plates handle the top flaps, while a pneumatic buffer ensures quick closure, reducing the overall length of the machine.

In addition, the integrated weight control system verifies the presence of all bottles in the carton; in case of anomalies, the machine stops glue application and signals the operator to correct the error, avoiding packaging waste.

Multifunctional Palletising Robot

The automatic palletiser mod. 'P6' is designed for palletising 'American' type cardboard boxes, PVC crates or bundles, with product infeed from below. The palletising head is equipped with lateral compacting guides and a lower platform with two-way opening, both electromechanically controlled.

This system allows the product to be placed on the outer perimeter, leaving gaps inside the platen when necessary, ensuring flexibility and precision in the palletising process.
