Tecnopool Tp Food Group, born in 2019, will be among the protagonists of Ab Tech in Rimini. At Pavilion D7 booth 075 will present the most cutting-edge technologies giving a complete view of the services and products offered to the more than 200,000 operators expected, coming from five continents.
The "Total processing" vision of the group will be proposed, understood as integrated and cross-cutting solutions that are shaped in complete lines for all the different stages of food preparation. This is in fact the mission of the new reality, summarized in the acronym "Tp" that also stands for Tecnopool, a Padua company present all over the world with its plants designed for the thermal treatment of food. In fact, It was Tecnopool that grouped around it Gostol, Tecnofryer, Mecateck Group, Logiudice Forni, Mimac Italia, all companies with a strong international vocation acquired with the aim of guaranteeing customers complete, integrated and tailored solutions.
Cutting-edge solutions at AB Tech
In the large exhibition space of Tecnopool Tp Food Group will also be present the other companies of the group with the most cutting-edge solutions in the sector.
Tecnopool will be present with a spiral in the environment and with the flagship of the company, the spiral oven that, for the duration of the event, will be in operation and will churn out in front of visitors different types of bread and confectionery products with the goal of showing its high potential. A unique proposal in the food industry landscape, the result of a system of patents developed entirely by Tecnopool, which guarantees the oven a total flexibility and versatility: the one present at the fair will be a "demo" version adaptable to all the needs of customer's space and production. This is in fact the peculiarity of Tecnopool and the whole group: the ability to design and create complete plants and lines tailored and customizable.
Tecnofryer will exhibit a fryer created specifically for the semi-industrial/craft market that will become standard and Gostol a breaker and a rounder. Logiudice Forni, who since the advent of the Industry 4.0 plan has initiated major investments in innovation of products for the industrial sector, will present a cooking line including flat ovens, modular and rotating, complete with new touch screen panel, and with the dough line characterized by models with fixed and removable tub. Finally, Mimac Italia, thanks to the reliability and the ever-increasing performance of its machines (colatrices, dorsators, rotators for the production of biscuits, co-extruders and semi-automatic lines) aims to conquer new market segments at the fair.
