Caseartecnica Bartoli partecipated in CibusTec 2016(P. 2 - STAND F008). the most important international trade fair in the promotion of technologies for the food industry all over the world.


In Parma, the heart of Food Valley, home of Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano, two excellences of the food made in Italy, Caseartecnica Bartoli was born and continues to develop its own technology for the dairy industry. This year at Cibustec it presented its latest innovations for the cutting of hard and semi-hard cheese.
