New Enovit supplies bottling, sparkling and sparkling wines, with mobile equipment directly to the producer companies.
New Enovit was born 35 years ago in the intuition of the enologist Danilo Coletto, who realized that the growing need for wine producers to sell bottled products rather than bulky could find answers to the use of mobile equipment supported by qualified personnel (oenologists and technical operators).
Today, the company is one of the most important national equipment bottling company with 10 plants used by small and medium-sized enterprises, and provides its customers with the latest generation of machinery.
Used machines belong to the major brands in the industry (including Gai spa, Cavagnino & Gatti, EverIntech, Sartorius) and are equipped with all the required certifications, including those for the organic sector.
The machines are arranged inside a particular van, whose side parts open and form a tread and a top cover.
Nuova Enovit's mobile systems allow for bottling, sparkling and sparkling wines; particularly lightweight and isobaric plants are particularly suitable for bottling non-sulphite wines which, because of this, require more accurate protection against any possible oxygen absorption during bottling.
All types of standard bottles can be machined from 0.187 to 1.500, all kinds of cork and synthetic material for satin or mushroom capping, it is also possible to apply glass-type glass closures and screw closures . The bottle is completed with the label, back label, consortium sticker and DOCG label application in both paper and glue and self-adhesive labels.
In detail, the bottling system consists of:
Rinse aid: uses water to lose, microfiltrate and possibly adds a sulfur dioxide;
Filler for pre-evacuation of air from bottles and filling with inert gases;
Filler: with drop and / or lightweight depression, with low inert gas pressure and isobaric;
Tapper: suitable for use in cork, synthetic, Vino-lok type and STELVIN type screw caps, and is equipped with pressure-canceling devices due to the capping itself;
Device for millimeter adjustment of bottle levels;
Stirring: a 4-6 rolling heads for metal capsules and thermal caps for PVC capsules;
Labeling machine with glue or self adhesive labels: label, back label, console and DOCG binding label;
Filtering system: layer filtration filter with housing inversion plate with polypropylene cartridges and microfiltration cartridges;
Hot and steam generator for cleaning and sterilizing the plants;
Carton ribbons;
Optional: automatic boxing machine.
