During the recent Drinktec exhibition, A DUE successfully presented the new EASY.Tech range of beverage processing plants and equipment, automated and interconnected. Desinged for 4.0 industry. In fact, the EAST.Tech range is characterised by centralization and preservation of the information, analysis and use of the collected data aimed at the performance and cost oprimization, Human and Machine interaction through touch sensitive screen, connectivity.

Many efficiency benefits can be achieved this way, like better understarding, a greater customization, product traceability and quality as well as reduced wasted and maintenance costs. EASY.Tech range of A DUE includes:

• EASY.Room: complete processing plans for the preparation of any kind of nonalcoholic beverage, finisched syrups and syrup concentrates. A DUE can provide a variety of specific tecnica solutions (EASY.Dinamix, Easy.inline, Easy.Mix, Easy.Core, Easy.Carbomix, Easy.Therm, etc) ale to manage all production phases, starting from the raw materials (sugar, powder, concentrates, juices, etc) receipt and treatment up to the final processing of the beverage (or concentrate) with further transfer to the filling area.
• Easy.Water: compete plants for management and treatment of th water used for the preparation of beverages.
• EASY.Clean: CIP washing units to sanitize the plants for beverage preparation and filling;
• EASY.Drive: the new SCADA developed by a team of experts in beverage processing, which is the coreo f all A DUE systems. EASY.Drive allows monitoring and total control of the industrial process, traceability of each operation performed: key eventis of the plant are therefore always available, via tablets and smartphones as well. The new graphics and multiple surfing mode ensure an immediate and intuitive under standing of the system functionality. EASY.Drive is designed for: troubleshooting and alarm reports, predictive maintenance, the calculation of raw material consumption for the KPIs performance index of the plant; MES/ERP connection to the custode management software.
