Among the automation and control solutions for the production line, SMI has developed SWM supervisor.

SWM Supervisor isbased on an open and flexible modular enterprise web portal, that fits any application environment. SWM Supervisor is available in a basic, standard or premium version, in order to satisfy the need of individual data collection and supervision.

SMI customers can use this innovative system to easily identify the main causes of “down time” on theirbottling/packaging lines, achieve greater overall efficiency and reduce the time required for system maintenance and format changes.

The solution introduced by SMI isable to remotely receive the list of production orders, from which SWM extracts the instructions to set on the machine for the production progress. Thanks to the supervision, more over, it is possible to know the chronology of the directions brought into production and to get important information about the amount of compliant, manufactured or discorde products.
